We utilize other companies to provide various services, including shipping, and payment processing. These companies will only receive the data they require to perform their services and we work with them to ensure your privacy is respected and protected.

When you provide us your email address, we will email you as necessary to process your order, respond to a request, or provide customer service.

Shop with Confidence
We appreciate concerns about online security. We employ encryption technology to ensure the secure transmission of any personal information you provide. You can easily determine when you’re sending data securely by looking at the web address (URL) in your browser window: the first few letters will change from “http” to “https” when you are transmitting information protected by SSL encryption. The “s” in “https” stands for “secure.”

Shipping

All items are shipped regular post which has no time guarantee and no tracking number. If you would like a time guarantee or a tracking number, please contact us for a shipping quote. Items will be shipped within 48 hours on weekdays. When possible, we now vacuum seal most items in order to help you save on shipping costs. This, in no way harms any of the items…it only speeds up the shipping and allows us to reduce the cost of shipping. 

Refunds and Exchanges

Please be sure of the item that you purchase. Tell us what the problem is and we will do our best to rectify it. For refunds or exchanges, item must be returned in its original condition, up to 10 days after purchase. Unfortunately, shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

We do our best to represent the true colour of every item. Pictures are taken in natural light. Every monitor is different and we cannot guarantee that the photo you see on your screen is the exact representation of the colour.
